If you used a CNAME to point your domain name to your server, be aware that some DNS providers don't support using a CNAME at the zone apex (the root domain level).

To resolve the issue, you can either:

  • Switch to another DNS provider (e.g., CloudFlare)
  • Remove the CNAME record and replace it with an A record pointing to your server's IP address (shown in Sites and Databases > Domains).
